Healthness+ is a preventive health coaching platform. We offer:

2. Not a Medical Service

Healthness+ is a preventive wellness coaching platform, not a medical, diagnostic, or treatment service. Nothing on this platform, including the HRA report, blood work discussions, or any coach communication, constitutes a medical diagnosis, clinical opinion, or prescription. Our health coaches and medical advisor provide lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness guidance; they do not replace your treating physician.

• If you have a diagnosed medical condition, are pregnant, or are on medication, please consult your physician before starting any programme with us.
• If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services or your doctor immediately, do not rely on Healthness+ for urgent or emergency care.
• Any blood work or lab report discussed through the platform is interpreted for wellness/lifestyle context only and does not replace a consultation with a qualified doctor or pathologist.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol in a paid programme or make a payment on this platform. The HRA and general information pages may be accessed by anyone, but programme enrolment and coaching require you to be a consenting adult capable of entering a binding agreement under Indian law.

4. The Health Risk Assessment (HRA)

The HRA is a self-reported questionnaire. Its accuracy depends entirely on the honesty and completeness of the answers you provide. The risk band and report generated are indicative and educational, not a clinical diagnosis. We do not verify the medical accuracy of your self-reported answers.

5. Programmes, Pricing, and Payment

The HRA is free. A consultation is a flat one-time fee charged before booking. Paid programmes are assigned based on your risk band and billed as a single upfront fee, inclusive of GST, calculated on a per-day basis.

• All payments are processed through Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.
• Prices are locked in at the time of your payment for your current programme; new enrolments may see updated pricing.
• A GST tax invoice is generated for every payment — request it via your coach or hello@healthnessplus.com.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and honest information in the HRA, consultations, and ongoing check-ins, your coach's recommendations are only as good as the information you share.
• Use the platform, HRA, and WhatsApp food-logging feature for your own personal health journey, not on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform, its data, or other clients' information.
• Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your login.

8. WhatsApp Food Logging

If you choose to send meal photos via WhatsApp, you consent to those images being stored, reviewed by your assigned coach, and used solely to give you feedback on your food choices as part of your programme. Images are not shared outside the Healthness+ coaching team and are handled per our Privacy Policy. This feature is optional, you may continue your programme without using it.

9. AI and Data Processing

Certain features of our platform — including the Freya clinical coaching assistant and blood work analysis — are powered by AI language model (LLM) services. Where we engage an LLM provider, we do so only if: (a) a formal Data Processing Agreement is in place with that provider; (b) the provider explicitly warrants that your data will not be used to train, fine-tune, or improve their models; and (c) your data is deleted after inference. We may engage any LLM provider from the market that meets these criteria. By using AI-powered features, you consent to your relevant data being processed by such a provider under those conditions. For blood work analysis specifically, your explicit consent will be sought in your client dashboard before any blood work data is submitted to an AI system.

10. Coach and Client Relationship

Your assigned health coach provides guidance based on your HRA results, ongoing check-ins, and (where provided) blood work context. This relationship is one of wellness coaching, not a doctor-patient relationship. Coach recommendations are not a substitute for medical advice, and Healthness+ reserves the right to recommend you consult a physician where a marker or symptom falls outside the scope of lifestyle coaching.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including the HRA questionnaire, scoring methodology, report design, programme structure, and website content, is the property of Zadok Ventures India Pvt Ltd and protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse this content without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, Healthness+ and its coaches, advisors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any health outcome resulting from your own choices, actions, or failure to follow coach recommendations. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms, provide fraudulent information, or misuse the service. You may stop using the platform or request account deletion at any time by contacting hello@healthnessplus.com; see our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled after account closure.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our platform before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this document always reflects the latest version. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
